This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). Perfect stay

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Charming place with great service and high quality rooms. Excellent for London attractions and we plan to return next year for Chelsea

Perfect stay!!

This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.
