The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Dinner/breakfast was also on floor 20. I would say if you like lovely views and heights book this hotel. Grace on reception was amazing she could see how stressed my son was and...

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. I always enjoy my stay at This Hilton and the staff are always very pleasant and happy to see me back. If I have anything to complain about the only thing I find the restaurant bar. Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road.
The concierges were both exceptionally helpful.

I chose this hotel as its connected to the terminal which makes an early check-in very quick and easy. The hotel has been renovated since i last stayed and is much nice, comfortable, specious room and a very nice bathroom. The service in the bars and restaurant was excellent and good food and drink at reasonable prices. Excellent relaxing stay.
