"ZAK at the front desk is AWESOME! ⭐️ He listened carefully to our situation and understood that we were traveling with a minor, so having a third bed in one room would be a much better option than booking two separate rooms. He went above and beyond to help us upgrade our room so it could accommodate a third bed—for just a fraction of the cost of booking two rooms for the three of us! ZAK absolutely made my day! It’s such a great feeling to meet someone so genuinely helpful and thoughtful while traveling overseas.
