As all the reviews have said it was simply immaculate, the bed linen smelt heavenly and was so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to self cater and even has a little store cupboard of spices and condiments for your use. "We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). Friendly, clean, and surrounded with the most well kept gardens. If you need total darkness to sleep, bring an eyemask! Thank you so much to all...

"Outstanding stay at butterfly barn, couldn’t fault anything. The place was very clean and tidy on arrival, the check in process was easy and Stephanie is a lovely host. Nothing was too much for Stephanie, she was able to accommodate all our needs flawlessly, which made the stay that much better. The barn and surrounding area is gorgeous and is perfect for social events especially the open plan living space and kitchen area. Thank you"

"This 2 bed apartment is in a new building. It is very spacious, clean with nice furnishings and decor. Balcony has a great view over the river estuary. Car park is secure and operated by a good security gate. This was a slight problem with the check-in link provided by host but the host recognised this and provided good communication and assistance so no real problem with actual check-in. Would stay again."

"Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!!"

"The property was perfectly situated with local amenities withing walking distance - we didnt have to touch the car for the duration of our get away. The property itself was a great base with more than enough sleeping space for the 6 of us. The only downside that we noticed was the lack of a comfy sitting area after a long day of crabbing down on the jetty. The property did not advertise that it had a living room and did only mention a dining area, an over sight on our part, perhaps reducing...

"Our overall stay was excellent but was initially marred by the incorrect postal code provided and then unhelpful customer service staff who had no idea how to direct us to the property. We arrived in darkness, unable to locate our lodge. Had to ask locals for directions. A poor start!"

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...
