"I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I booked a junior suit and it is not a Marriott quality. Because I have a pet, they didnt want to give us a newer renovated suit. The room they gave me is in the basement and thats exactly how it feels. You could hear the people on the street all and and all night. The room is dark, dungeons, hot, and humid. We killed at least 5 bugs/flies in the room. The shower was dirty, the cups were placed on wet, wrinkled paper indicating they are unsanitary, a shower handle is broken, the shower door doesnt stay closed, the bed is uncomfortable and old, and the wardrobe doesnt close all the way because its old. The room is run down. You can even hear the other rooms flushing thier toilets and walking around. The towels were even old, battered, and torn. In addition, the entrance way for where I was staying was used for maintenance/housekeeping. They had tripping hazards everywhere, towels on the floor, and more. For the money I have paid, I expected a higher-end quality than what I have received. Very dissatisfied and disappointed."
