"The property was nice enough but our weekend didn't get off to a great start as our booking hadn't gone through to the property owner. Rachel did however find us somewhere else to stay and then upgraded us to the Old Parlour on our 3rd night."

Recently refurbished and renovated as a chic bistro winebar and luxury accomodation - throughly enjoyed staying here; would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone - steep stairs to top most floor owing to the age of the building - only negative point .

Lovely Hotel, booked a suite gorgeous decor, one complaint please purchase new pillows they were like bricks, both come away with sore necks, food and drink good, drinks at bar reasonably priced, Hotel has a very chilled vibe, would defo return for a weekend away, imagine in summer even nicer sitting out in the gardens. Used pool, jacuzzi and steam room all good, clean and not to busy, don’t hesitate on booking a stay lovely hotel all staff really helpful and friendly x

Short stay over a weekend. Found hotel to be quiet and offered peaceful nights rest. Chose hotel based on previous dining experience there. Still lived up to expectations both at dinner and for breakfast. Wine list whilst not extensive as a posh London restaurant contained a nice choice of very drinkable wines.

Set in the quiet countryside, access is down a private drive leading to a secure carpark in front of the main building. The staff were very welcoming and the food served was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend

We arrived late and were greeted by very pleasant helpful hosts who made us feel welcome, great selection for breakfast and cooked food was excellent, I would certainly stay again if down in the area and would recommend Pickmere Country Guest House to friends.

Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect location.
The hotel was beautiful upon arrival and although check in was very busy the staff were attentive and polite.
We had booked a dog friendly room and they had put in a dog bed, food and water bowls and some treats for my dog which was a lovely touch.
Room service was great and the food and cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced.
All in all I can’t fault our stay at all and would highly recommend this hotel, especially as a dog friendly...

This guest house far outperforms most high-end hotels. Guests are made welcome by friendly and attentive hosts who provide an excellent experience. The quality of breakfast is highly unusual, with the best of ingredients cooked to perfection. The choice is equally impressive. A lovely old pub sits next door, The Swan with Two Nicks and the wonderful Dunham Massey estate is a ten minute stroll away, across open country. Wonderful !

Lovely stay at the Crewe Hall hotel. I couldn't fault it one bit, all the staff were very helpful and the room decor was very of a high standard with the older style rooms with the vintage country feel.
