"This hotel is very dated and needs some TLC. Staff were very nice and accomdating. They have a private transfer to the airport for 21 GPP vs the Hop on Bus at $7 GBP/person and will drop you off in front of the terminal. We liked that feature."

"It’s only a couple of minutes’ walk from the airport. If you have trouble finding it, you can ask the airport staff for directions to the hotel. The hotel claims to be a 4 star property but the room was quite small. However, the front desk staff member, Priyanka S was very nice and cooperative, 5 stars for her excellent service. It would also be better if the hotel provided at least a bottle of water in the room. If you’re traveling from the USA, make sure to bring an EU charger as US plugs do not fit the sockets here. I had to go to the front desk to buy a charger. "

"Cheap to stay there but they sting you in the bar and restaurant. A glass of white wine was £16.50! Just not worth it. I’d suggest staying there but eating and drinking at the premier Inn across the road!"

"Nice stay for an overnight connection for flights at either terminal 2 or 3. Easy to find after leaving airport customs. Hotel is in great condition and very quiet for an airport hotel, could hardly hear any airplane noise when in the room. Nice restaurants and bars available. Would come again if I need a hotel in the area again. "

"This is a very misleading hotel. It promotes that it has a spa pool, but they forget to tell you that it is an additional£40 per person. The food offering for lunch is also dismal. I will not be spending another £200 a night here for basic amenities "
