i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Helpful and friendly staff. Managed to leave my keys in the hotel room after a 4 hour drive back home. Staff managed to post them back to me, much obliged!

Stunning views from the garden

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Hotel was very nice staff polite down side of my stay was you have to pay £10 for parking and another £15 each to use the spa downstairs

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again

Really good stay and central

Was upgraded to a ocean view room for free by the lovely Akshay, he and other staff were brillant looking after us so many thanks too them. Hotel close to the beach so couldn't ask for more, Hotel was nice and clean, Breakfast was brillant too as had Gluten free options. Only negativity i think price is bit steep for a night compare to other hotels but would i stay again in the same hotel again ? Off course 👍
