Wimborne is a charming town with plenty of interesting shops and a lovely Minster. The museum is closed for refurbishment at the moment but is well worth a visit when eventually open again.

Pleasant hotel in convenient area
"Great two night stay at the Laguna. The hotel was clean and adequate for our requirements. About a 20 minute walk into the city centre/beach. Plenty of car parking spaces. Our only gripe was that the shower was difficult to regulate and alternated from hot to cold and cold to hot constantly."

"Rooms are very dated, limited amount of sockets. Either too hot or too cold. Rest of the hotel is fine. But the staff is wonderful. Pool was great, my daughter loved it. Didn't have time to use the spa. Parking fairly priced and location close to the beach."

"House was lovely and clean - all towels essentials included. Was able to check in earlier than planned so added bonus, Timo on hand if any problems. Feel like the house could be modernised in some areas, modern bathrooms but some bedrooms dated and uncomfortable beds."
