Please note this property is Strictly Non-Smoking. ANY evidence of smoking or drug taking inside of the property will result in your full security deposit being captured.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, the noise abatement hours are 11pm to 7am. All noise must be muted between these hours. Failure to comply with this rule and any reports of noise pollution will lead to your full security deposit being captured. Whilst we really want you to enjoy your stay, it is vital that we respect the neighbours and local community.

Any damages should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. We know accidents happen and small breakages are usually not charged for.

If on arrival you find the property is not up to the expected standard, please let us know within 24 hours of check in, we also ask that you provide pictures for evidence.

Any problem reported after this 24 hour period will not be investigated unless it is a genuine problem that has occurred after the first 24 hours - This is at the discretion of the Property Manager.

If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit may not be returned and additional charges may apply.
