While it is advertised as pet-friendly, there are a lot of fragile fixtures and vinyl/leather furniture throughout the space, so you’ll need to be very careful. A major problem however is the internet, if you use a VPN you will not be able to connect, and if you use VoIP, the WiFi signal l will also disconnect. This is why the location lost a point, both my partner and I work remotely and we had lost a day of productivity and had to take meetings by phone. Reliable Internet is almost always a standard at any sort of short-term rental location, so beware." My son begged me to say we will comeback every year and I agreed happily. The view is worth over a million dollars, really, the house next door is on sale for over a million dollars. Unobstructed view. Gorgeous trees. A waterfall right beside the house. You will fall asleep to the sounds of a real waterfall. Bowen is small and cute. Go to the “main strip” but also “Artisan Square”. Both are under 10 minute drive. Next time we will hike, there are a lot of options for that nearby. It was very wet and rainy during our visit so we will probably come back in the summer for this. Amazing trip.
