The agent was very quick to respond to my text messages, which I really appreciated. I would recommend adding a full-length mirror somewhere in the house for convenience. The area felt safe thanks to the 24-hour security outside the building, which was reassuring given that there are quite a few homeless individuals nearby. There’s no on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but there is a parking lot directly across the street. Just be sure not to leave any valuables in your car to avoid break-ins. The security is also top notch, with a guard on duty at night (he is very friendly but not intrusive).
