Spacious and clean room. There was an issue that happened very much out of their control but they worked diligently to make sure it was fixed the same day. Plentiful breakfast on site with all day coffee available. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Front desk graciously helped with our shuttle reservations to both airport and cruise port. Will certainly stay here again the next time we cruise out of Vancouver.

Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location a short walk to the SkyTrain Canada line station at Lansdowne. Shopping center right behind the hotel. Shuttle to the airport was free, lots of room for luggage, 10 min ride. Luggage stored while we explored the area. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was ok, however the shower in our room had no curtain so the floor was soaked every time we had a shower. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. There is a kiosk where you can buy a few things to nibble and some drinks and icecream. The free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and worked as advertised

The free airport shuttle made getting to and from my flight incredibly easy, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient upon check-in. Got an early check in which was very much appreciated. Front desk staff were great. Rooms were ok - bathrooms could have been much cleaner. Carpets were not vacuumed properly. Shuttle was not operational, but hotel called and covered costs for a taxi to bring us to airport. Located close to stores (Landsdowne Center) and restaurants.
