"Fantastic location, a few steps to begin the city walls walk. Comfortable beds,good size room, helpful staff.Breakfast included,but hot breakfast was an extra charge."

"Me and my son stayed here for a city break. The staff were all lovely. Especially Steve in the front desk who interacted and kept remembering my son’s name. Room was clean and comfey. Hotel is in an easy walking distance spot for the train stations, museums and shopping."

"I never had anything to eat in the restaurant.i did sit down but after 10 mins walked out.glad that i didnt need a hairdrier or curling tongs.as it would have been imposible to plug them in.the plugs are on the desktop.no chance of plugging anything in.but friendly staff.didnt have breakfast as up too early for flight"

"We were on foot from the station so very convenient. We found all the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. The furnishings in our room excellent and lovely new carpets everywhere. Very supportive bed, immaculate bathroom and constant extremely hot water. Breakfast excellent with fresh looking and tasty items which we enjoyed at out table overlooking the canal. Couldn`t fault it!. "

"Rooms were cleaned to an extremely high standard. WiFi worked well enough for my needs. Was only watching YouTube whilst relaxing in the evening . Wouldn't know what it would be like if i had to use it during the day for work. Breakfast was very nice. Not the most amazing selection but food items were replenished before they completely ran out and tables were cleared and cleaned very quickly "
