"Really nice hotel friendly staff We arrived at 1.15 check in was 2pm so we had a couple of drinks and decided to have the carvery lunch which was advertised as 12.30-16.30 However when we went at 15.15 was told that they had run out and closed, obviously very disappointed. "Great location near the seafront and good value for money. I had somehow missed the fact that check-in was only up to 8pm and was half an hour late. Luckily the hotel phoned to check up on me and I wasn't too far away. Even though they had to wait for me, I still received a very warm welcome. "Very comfy beds. Clean, light room and friendly staff. Tea and coffee available in the room . The karioke downstairs stopped at 11pm which was fine and we slept well. We could have done with some towel hooks or a rail and a few instructions like how to turn on the radiator and what to do with the key when we left ( we worked those things out in the end !)"

"A really lovely quiet hotel, there arent many in the area. All very clean, lovely bedroom and superb breakfast with a friendly smile. Checkin was smooth and the lady was really friendly and showed me to my room and also served me a few well poured guinness later that evening. Thank you i will certainly stay again. Warm welcome in spite of late arrival for checkin
"Great location near the seafront and good value for money. I had somehow missed the fact that check-in was only up to 8pm and was half an hour late.
