"Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days. "

"The check in was fast and welcoming. I was greeted with a bottle of water and a cookie. Our stay was great. The pools were nice and the restaurant was good. They have a Starbucks my wife loved every morning."

"This is my favorite place! Breakfast was wonderful. We really miss the old menu though. Nothing the kids will eat at the new cantina. All in all the remodel looks great, just wish they kept the sports bar and menu it was a great place to chill. "
