"Front desk staff were fantastic!!"

"The property is very well maintained and is very pretty. Although it is close to uptown it is an uphill walk. Anybody with mobility issues should keep that in mind. The room was spacious and nice… But it had a very musty odor and there were gnats in some areas of the room. I did not call and complain about the smell or the gnats. I didn’t feel like contending with changing rooms or having somebody come in the room and just spray so I rolled with it. One other standout - I was a little surprised because they told me I receive a welcome gift and where to get it… When I walked over there all it was was an offer to receive some gifts if I signed up to watch a presentation for their timeshare. That is not a welcome gift and is really misleading. Not that I was expecting a welcome gift but I would have avoided that scene entirely if I knew that’s what it was about. Overall a very pretty property with spacious rooms and close and not to walk to uptown if you are fit, healthy and do not have any mobility issues."

"We stayed in the west side pet friendly. The bathroom faucet was awful and needs repair. The bathroom window did not lock. The outside doormats needed swept which makes the inside floors dirty. The whole property around the west side needs cleaning. No ice maker worked due to being shut off for temperature so you have to go to the east side. No large garbage cans around except east side. I will not ever stay in the west side with my pet again."

"Staff was helpful. a/c was terrible. The a/c unit was in the living room area and they had a small wall fan blowing a little air into the bedroom. The a/c also kept cycling off and we had to restart the thermostat every hour or so. Room had good fridge, stove, and sink. Wish the coffee maker was a Keurig but had to use the little packets they provided instead. Pool area very nice."

"This property was nice and clean. The breakfast was adequate with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, and fruit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!"

"We had a great time at this resort. Beautiful grounds, and the staff was awesome. Particularly enjoyed the Lobby bar and the sunsets from the Lobby patio in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again."
