Great hotel. Only complaint: tv too small for distance from bed in my room. Either need closer or change size of tv. Minimal complaint in an outstanding property.

Hotel has a great location and offers many types of rooms. I think the rooms with a view of the golf course are the nicest. Pool and facilities are very nice, spa does a great job at making you feel special.

This place is a must stay! Everything, except the Mexican restaurant, was fantastic! About the Mexican restaurant....we're from Texas...need I say more?!

Our experience at the Canyon Suites was truly unbelievable... Alex, our concierge, was the best my wife and I have ever experienced. He constantly went up and above our expectations. Once we had settled after our flight, there was a knock at the door and Alex had sent us a complimentary bottle of wine (excellent wine to boot). When we needed a last minute dinner reservation at J&G Steakhouse on a Friday night, he was able to get us in and by a window with a view. Truly awesome. But it wasn't just Alex, all of the staff at Canyon Suites were great. The only unfortunate part of the trip was our dinner experience at Il Terrazzo in the Phoenician's main building... bad food, poor service (clearly a lack of training) and zero ambience. J&G Steakhouse, however, was one of the best steak restaurants we have been to... amazing service, great view, fantastic steak... try the Ginger Margarita, there is nothing like it! Enjoy.

The entire experience was amazing. We had flight canceled to Tokyo with only a couple of hours notice. Jumped in that day, two great rooms, excellent service all the way around.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Close to hiking and resturants

Had a wonderful family gathering at the hotel. The staff was great, the food very good and the grounds of the hotel are very nice. We all enjoyed sitting outside whether it was for a meal, just lounging by the pool or the outside seating they had scattered around the property . Only wish would be for a bit more comfortable bed. Overall, a great trip made possible by all the staff at the hotel.

Last minute booking for a night but after seeing what a delightful hotel I extended the stay .

We came in for My Birthday and had friends meet us at the Hotel. It was over labor day weekend. Great pool Had Great food and Drinks. We loved our room and had a Great Bar.
