Check in was a nightmare and took so long, kiosk and online check in was not working they said. Some of the doors didn’t work to get into the building. For a nearly new hotel there was some different things broken in our room like the towel rack and light switch. Paper thin blankets. And the TV that would randomly turn on in the middle of the night despite being asleep.
