"After getting upgraded though a problem with the booking the staff were brilliant and sorted the problem and made us aware of the band that as playing that night of which the loud music would be heard till 1am. Wallpaper hanging off the walls and very small corridors, carpark had massive holes in which scratched the front of the car. "

"Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again "
