"I had the most wonderful experience at the Renaissance Hotel, friendly & helpful staff, delicious room service for both dinner and breakfast but the best of all was an extremely comfy queen size bed, clean room & bathroom and a super view of the runway at Heathrow watching the sunset. Would have liked movie channels & more choice on tv as the screen mirroring didn’t work."

"I was hoping for a restful night before I got on a 10 hour plane ride, but there was only warm water in the shower, the food at the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive and the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever been on in my life. My husband and I woke up in agony in the middle of the night and were basically crippled in the back and hips by morning.. it was like laying on a bunch of planks. Get better beds!!"

"I always stay at the Hilton on departure for the easy access to the departure lounge by the walkway. Only issue is remembering to have your access key with you in the elevator to be able to use it!"
