"A reasonably nice hotel. Book well ahead as it fills up really fast when something is on and the price doubles. Breakfast is over priced and varies in price depending on whether you book it the night before or on the same day. Which is odd."

Being informed of the cancellation less than one hour before our arrival is completely unacceptable and has caused significant disruption. A cancellation at such short notice, despite prior confirmation and completed check-in, suggests a serious failure in your booking management. It is difficult not to conclude that the hotel may have overbooked and attempted to justify this with an inadequate explanation."

"Could be more access friendly. Doors were a challenge if you have crutches or wheelchair. However, staff were very accommodating. The stay exceeded our expectations, we shall return."

"Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. Other dishes were absolutely amazing. Thanks"
