"Overall ok stay here, the hotel itself is nice and the grounds are lovely with the water. The room I stayed in could do with a refresh, particularly in the bathroom, cracked sink for example. Frustratingly the WiFi was shocking, barely managed to get an email sent. Breakfast was nice though and staff all lovely."

Biggest disappointments were the main restaurant being closed off and instead we had to use the inferior small bar area to which all tables had been reserved and the main menu which didn’t have much of a choice with a high price ! Overall though I would stay again but maybe eat out within the town of Llangollen"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with lovely surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. It was out of town, but close enough to easily visit the main attractions, while being far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The chalet had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. We would definitely love to come back!"
