"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean. "Overall a very good stay. Had no issues with noise or sleep. It's a room above a pub so I wasn't expecting a hotel experience or service. But I did expect it to be clean, which it wasn't. Bathroom needs a good scrub and dusting and the floors need to be hoovered at least."
