Every single person is lost, it’s like a maze, I heard nearly every person asking for directions in all corridors. "Very rude and unethical people,non challant and extremely dirty toilet. Room service will clean and make one side of the room and leave the rest unattended… They did it the first time,we thought it was a mistake but repeated same yesterday ,means that’s just who they are. The first thing my husband said upon our checkout was how extremely unprofessional the people were. It’s really sad and left a bitter taste in my mouth ."

"Location was perfect and staff lovely . Cleanliness needs improving ! Hairs in the shower and around the sink ( small black ones) what I hope was dried hand wash on the side of the sink and not dried sick. Washed off our selves with a wet wipe."
