"Everything was excellent, only observation was there was no lift and being of a certain age and used to a bungalow it was quite difficult getting up stairs, but staff did volunteer to carry the bags. The staff and the food were lovely."

This was requested after booking, as it was short notice our payment for the booking was non-refundable so had to choose one...
