My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

The whole experience of staying at Frampton Arms was very enjoyable. The property was very clean and pleasing to the eye and the Staff made you welcome and very attentive to your needs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A quiet room and nice staff.

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it. We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Welcoming from the start with a pot of tea on arrival. Beautiful decor with homely feeling. Room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious - and all locally sourced where possible. Convenient for the town but need a car really to get down to the promenade. With ample street and some off road parking this wasn't an issue. Free wi-fi a bonus. Would definitely return.

Really good stay and central

It was a fantastic little place and very welcoming on arrival. In fact, my partner thought it to be a suitable place to ask to marry him. There is a lovely garden where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea and then breakfast was incredibly generous. We loved this hotel and its central location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the added plus of having air conditioning made our stay even better. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed drinks in the quiet garden in the evening. The only negative was the breakfast experience. The standard of the food and the selection was very good but the whole dining experience could be improved. The buffet was never fully stocked and we had to wait for food on each of the four mornings...

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Hotel was very nice staff polite down side of my stay was you have to pay £10 for parking and another £15 each to use the spa downstairs

Helpful and friendly staff. Managed to leave my keys in the hotel room after a 4 hour drive back home. Staff managed to post them back to me, much obliged!

Clean, comfortable and cosy little place. Alice and Andrew were very welcoming and accomodating.

Reception and restaurant staff were really helpful, friendly and Welcoming. Room was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be returning soon.
