Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Clean, great views across London

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. Lovely hotel and the staff were great.

Perfect location, with Bank and Monument tube stations nearby (links to almost all tube routes), from arrival to departure the staff cannot do more for you, very pleasant room with all necessary amenities and lovely decor, coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel, this hotel is a true gem and we would like to stay there every time when we visit London.

Excellent value

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends
