"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "A bit tired with grubby public areas. The sheets were clean however the bed was very uncomfortable. Good location "

"This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London."
