"There were a couple of things about this hotel that threw me for a loop (no in room coffee machine -- but plenty of coffee at the bar with choice of skim, half and half and cream; you first encounter the bar versus the registration area), but I would definitely stay here again, and for that I compliment the staff. Fatima greeted us at check in and immediately noticed my daughter had mobility issues and offered to change our room for an accessible one. Since this was my first overnight trip with my daughter I hadn't even thought of that! I appreciated that she saw a way to make our stay better and made it happen. Fatima also always had a smile on her face when we saw her and was always ready to answer any question. I didn't get the name of the doorman we interacted with the most (but I did get a photo with him!), which I regret. He was an older many who worked day shift and he touched my heart when he stayed by my daughter while I went to get our car from the parking garage. He didn't have to do that. The people definitely made this staff wonderful!"

"Here's my list of problems. There was a dangerous step right by the entry door and I fell and jammed my head against the wall. Make it a ramp for Pete's sake. No mirror anywhere except the bathroom on the other side of the apartment. No TV in the bedroom. That is all."

"I didn't like where the out let's are not near not stand one can't use cpap. Has to bring extra cords the rooms could use fixing up needs paint dont like mirror across from bed . The staff was very helpful like I ccan get free coffees"

"Our weekend included 5 older adults. The house was a bit too far away from what we planned. Since we could not figure out the bus and train, we used Lyft and Uber with no issues. We left our car on the street which was nice. I asked a few questions before we came and Ms Linney quickly responded. We did not hear from her or reach out to her after that. The check-in was easy. The furniture was good. Several renovations have been made but there was no central air conditioning. The window units were not efficient. There were plenty of sheets and towels but no kitchen towel. The kitchen appliances were new and wonderful but the dishwasher was out of order. We did some cooking/warming up and had enough plates, cups and silverware. There were several spices available. We could not find a cookie sheet and no lid for the one small saucepan. Coffee makers were appreciated as was the ice maker. The bedrooms are all upstairs as are both bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds but only one could be accessed from both sides. The master had a king bed but it was against the wall on one side. The overhead light did not work. All beds were comfortable with a sleepable couch and chair downstairs. Both bathrooms are upstairs with updated tubs/showers but need a safety bar and a no slip surface. There is no washer and dryer on site. Clean up was easy. We explored the neighborhood but not much nearbye. Overall an adequate space for our needs."

"Read the check in instructions fully, you have to park in the back but first have to get the gate remote to open it. If you park on the street you will get a ticket. The place was clean and had plenty of space. It was close to the train station which was nice."
