Communication with Host: ● All communication with the host will be via the reservation messaging platform ONLY. The host is available between 6 AM - 9 PM CST.
Property Usage: ● Use all furniture, appliances, and home goods as intended. ● No parties or large events. ● No smoking/vaping indoors. ● No illegal uses allowed. ● No drugs allowed. ● No fireworks allowed. ● No firearms allowed on the premises. ● Neighborhood quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Maximum Capacity: ● Up to 7 people (including children over the age of 2) may use the apartment at any given time.
Pets: ● Only service dog are allowed.
Minimum Age: ● Must be 25+ years to book this apartment. The booking guest must remain present throughout the rental period. Minimum of 1 person aged 25 or older per 7 persons during the stay.
Personal Supplies: ● While we strive to offer a few basic amenities to get you started, these are not meant to last the duration of your stay. Please expect that you may need additional toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee, etc. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and bottled water.
Utility Disruptions: ● Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may be interrupted during storms or other issues beyond our control. These disruptions are rare, and services usually resume after a couple of hours. We cannot offer refunds for outages.
Fees: ● A cleaning fee of $200 per stay is also charged at booking.
Guest Access: ● Entry is located in the side of the building. The black door has the number 2877. ● Electronic door locks. Check-in details will be sent the afternoon before arrival.
Self Check-In + Check-Out: ● Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM CST. You may arrive at any time after and utilize self-check-in. Please inform us if you plan to arrive later than 10PM. After 10 PM, the host may be unavailable. ● Check-Out: No later than 11 AM CST unless prior (written) arrangements have been agreed to by host.
Arrival: ● Plan to arrive during daylight hours, if possible, to make navigating and finding the apartment easier. You will access the apartment via a smart lock (6 or 4-digit code). Code/directions will be sent by 1pm prior to check-in.
● While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, occasional noise from outside (construction, traffic, or neighbors) may occur and is beyond our control.
● The office has an additional door that open for outside air and view. The balcony has a rail approximately 4ft high. Guest should use caution, especially with children, as climbing or leaning over the rail can pose a fall risk.

Spacious, clean, and well-appointed! There wasn’t a thing needed that wasn’t provided. Kind and responsive host. Many thoughtful touches throughout the space, which was cozy and comfortable to spread out after a day exploring the city. Public transportation was a short walk from the apartment, and we easily arranged ride share pickups and grocery delivery. Highly recommend this property!
The apartment was so cute, exactly as pictured. There were easy to follow instructions. It was a fabulous stay! We would definitely stay again, if we head back to Chicago!
The location and place were perfect. The place was roomy and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was close enough to the pink line to walk in minutes, but not so close that you heard the train day and night. I would definitely recommend it!
Loved the neighborhood, apartment was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. The 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment was a surprise with luggage but it made for a great view of the neighborhood and more privacy when we had the windows open for natural light. Would stay again when visiting my daughter. Thank you Anais!
My 14 year old daughter and I stayed here while in town for Riot Fest, and it was perfect for us. We loved the location, the size of the apartment, and the decor, and the neighbors were extremely friendly. We even had a parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot each time we went somewhere. Anais was prompt to reply to all communications, and we felt very welcomed. Big bonus for us, we were only a 10 walk to the Pink Line so we could get to the loop with ease. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was very nice. Communicated to me about a parking spot outside of a garage but also parking on a Main Street. Both were easy. Property worked great for us for our needs. The only issue we had was trying to stream the NBA finals game/movies and not having sufficient Wi-Fi.
Good location and had parking ... second bedroom could use some privacy shades and also mention it's on the second floor in the beginning . Couldn't really sleep in second bedroom the sheer curtains did nothing for the sun or privacy .
