"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The main property is old-school, two-story with doors opening to the courtyard and pool area. Very pleasant atmosphere and a wonderful place to stay!"

"Clean room but very small and cramped for 4 people (adults,2 teens). There was no space for our luggage to sit out in the room to access it so we were constantly walking over luggage on the floor. Not enough drawer space for 4 people to unpack in order to put luggage in the closet as the room was quite small. Tiny fridge, only good for a few small items and was not very cold. A/C worked very well. Lanai/balcony was nice to have and it was spacious with two chairs and a table, gave us room to spread out. Adult only hot tub is nice but they should allow kids 12 and up accompanied by an adult. So many teens wanted to hang with their parents at the hot tub on the cooler days but weren’t allowed. "

"Loved everything about our stay at the Wailea Beach Resort. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, yoga class by the ocean, bike rentals, plenty of pools to choose from (including quiet adult pool and family-friendly one with water slides), delicious drinks and buffet breakfast. Great location in Wailea and just a few steps to the shopping center and other Wailea hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend."

"The staff was very nice and helpful; however, we drug, all of our luggage into the lobby to check in only to find out that checkin was not in the same building as the hotel room. So we had to load everything back up again and drive to the other building. At the other building, it was very convenient.Having a store and access to the kids pool.However, there was no hotel people in that building to help with things. So we ended up having to pay for coffee and stuff like that During our stay because we couldn't just go get it downstairs from somebody. I'm sure if we wanted to call someone every time we needed something, they would happily bring it to us. The hallway smelled extremely bad near the rubbish rooms, so we took a different route to the main area. Our room had several issues, but because we were already fully unpacked we decided to just stay in the room for the rest of our stay. They gave us a really nice credit for those issues though, so that was very nice of them. Pool was awesome. Parking was super easy as we were able to park almost right next to the elevator (super convenient). There was bird poop all over the chairs on our patio, so we had to clean them before we could use them. Not a huge deal, but annoying for sure. There is too much stuff in the room when using the fold out bed. Had to rearrange a lot and was very cluttered, but ultimately we figured it out. The bed made my wifes back hurt super bad but nothin a boat load of Tylenol and Icy hot can't handle"

"Felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. Hotel is okay, pool heater was out for the week, room was somewhat worn, AC was noisy. Not the same level of Ritz or Four Season's for the cost that I expect. Not a bad experience but not worth the cost compared to other 5 stars. I would not stay there again."
