Pros: rooms are old but kept clean, near airport, friendly staff Cons: classify more as a motel than a hotel
Excellent property close to OGG and all Kahului businesses.
Poor facilities, no pool, duty beach, a lot of noises at all the time
Such a great place to stay in close to the beach! Lots of shops nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed the yummy breakfast! The price for the location and amenities was excellent, would definitely come back to Maui and stay here in the future!
Very clean, friendly staff, very close to the beach.
The staff here is second to none. They are gracious, friendly and helpful. They help make the resort feel like home.
Overall Excellent. Only on the last day, we’ve been given only coffee bag without any cream and sugar. And only one shower towel replaced, normally they offered 2 or 3 bathing towels. I recommended this hotel, and will come back.
Very friendly and welcoming staff! Excellent views from the lanai.
The most amazing hotel in Lahaina! Only downside - no beach chairs.
If you’re in Maui on business, you can book into one of the several business hotels with onsite business centres, meeting rooms and facilities to ensure you can continue with business as normal. Many business hotels in Maui have large conference rooms, perfect for hosting team training events and exhibitions, too.
For a short business trip to Maui Island, Kahului is the most convenient town as ferries regularly leave to the other Hawaiian Islands from its port, and Kahului Airport is just a ten-minute drive away.
The majority of business and commerce, companies and offices is in Kahului, where you’ll also find the Maui Country Business Resource Center, which supports and provides training services to local businesses. Head a little further south to see the Maui Business Association in Maalaea.
Maui has fourteen golf courses to choose from when you want to take your meetings to the fairways or finish negotiations on a driving range. You have a choice of award-winning championship courses, like Plantation Golf Course in Kapalua, where you can discuss business while following in the footsteps of Tiger Woods. Or enjoy a round at Maui’s best-value course, Kahili Golf Course, before heading into the club house to seal the deal.
After Hours with Clients in Maui
There’s plenty to do once all the work’s done, and Maui Island’s western coast features fantastic beaches and bays. Head to Kaanapali Beach to take a dip in the ocean and see the nightly diving ceremony at Black Rock.
Many of Maui’s large shopping centres, including the Shops at Wailea, host traditional Polynesian dance shows. The beachside bars across Maui also host live music, ranging from jazz to reggae. For something slightly different, take an evening hike up to the top of the Haleakala volcano and join the crowds who gather to take in the island sunset.
