good experience, hap hazard in getting around (several different levels which takes a few elevators),very dated hotel. Pool are congested, not enough lounge chairs with cushions.Pool staff not policing the saved lounge chairs in pool area (I think 30 to 60 minute limit of being saved).
Always a great stay there. Kids area at the pool was great for my grandchildren. The food by the pool was pretty good. Staff was helpful, particularly during check-in when they were able yo get us adjoining rooms.
Most of the time service at the pool was very slow but the housekeepers and grounds keepers were amazing - very friendly and clean. Third time staying at the resort and we would go back.
Beautiful hotel with easy access to beach and the most beautiful sunset. Room was smaller than expected but enough room for a couple and bathroom was awesome with well-placed huge closet in bathroom.
very relaxing vacation, one which we only had to use our car for one outing. the shuttle allowed us to stay in and around the property. your staff, both inside and around the spa and pool areas were great
