"Very basic room. Bed ok. Room felt like being in a container. No hand towels. Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit. Had to ask for items as buffet was almost empty. Would not stay again"

"Room Was spacious. Balcony was good but big gaps at each side feel out small dog could’ve got under so had to keep on a lead at all times so not ideal Room was clean but did look tired not the standard I thought Hilton had"

The bed sheets were not properly cleaned; there were still traces from previous use. Also, the chair had dust on it; it was not properly cleaned, and it wasn’t vacuumed."

"Air con didnt work. Apparently expedia should have notified us. Windows were screwed shut. Hotel is in a great location for gunwharf but definitely needs some work doing as tired and bathroom smells."

"Very poorly maintained rooms. Not as advertised. TV didn’t work, latches broken on windows, peeling paint, damp patches on ceiling. Staff didn’t make an effort to resolve our concerns properly when raised and seemed to think the condition was acceptable."

"Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Rooms were luxurious. However, I had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush and I was informed that a plumber would not be called until the following day! Also, the internal lift that goes to the spa was not working, and another entrance was locked, meaning that guests had to go outside the hotel to enter the spa and pool. This is not ideal. Breakfast at the HarBar in the 6th floor was good but not outstanding. In short, this hotel needs more customer responsive management to reach its potential for 5 stars."
