"Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening."

"Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. "

Bedroom was well furnished and clean as well as the very large bathroom which had both shower and bath. "The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process."
