"This house proved to be an idea l place to spend a few days with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The facilities were fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday despite very poor weather. The warm enclosed swimming pool enabled the grand children to improved their swimming skills and the movie screen and projector allowed the adults to catch up on some movies. I hope we get chance to return before long."

"This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8."

"Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. "We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck.
