We booked a last minute one night stay. I felt slightly nervous after reading some reviews but there was no need to be. From the moment we booked until leaving the staff couldnt be more helpful. From making sure we got booked into the spa to allowing us to use the spa changing rooms for the outside pool ater checking out. We even had drinks delivered to us whilst in the hot tub. Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.
