Staff was very friendly from the beginning. A very customer forward resort. Restaurants and food was very good and rooms were always clean. Lots of activities to do everyday and the personal concierge was really helpful. I would definitely come back again. This is perfect for couples.

This property had exceptional service and well managed. The food was top notch. My issue comes to the very poorly managed property for beach area. The service at beach was great as usual for secrets brand but the beach area was run down and falling apart. Obviously a very old facility that has been advertised as only several years old. As well as the issue of most of the eating options closed on main resort and no food area open besides the bar and a small hamburger grill table set up to which was not made known online or upon arrival. It is not acceptable to have individuals fly from their country of origin expecting certain things and get onsite to something completely different. Otherwise a great resort.

Loved the property. It feels like you are right in the jungle. It is a huge property so it took me a few days to get used to it and find my way around. We had the swim up room and it was perfect for us! We had a lovely view as well. Our favorite restaurant was the French restaurant! Had amazing food! We basically went twice to try everything on the menu. The service overall was great. Everyone that works there are super friendly.

We had a birthday and they took every measure to take good care of our occasion. Great trip, awesome property, rooms were clean and staff was very attentive! We will for sure plan a return to this property.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The only thing we did not like was the cost of the transfer from the airport to the property. If you stay at the property they should provide the transfers. Also, we did not like how when we arrived they tried to get us to go and listen about a timeshare to get deals for things on the resort. Lastly, the mosquitos were extremely bad! Other than that the resort was gorgeous, clean, quiet, and relaxing. The food was good and Arturo was amazing!

The property was really nice, my friend and I books 7days. We had activities included on and off the resort. Room service was mid and it took about 40mins to an hour and they always got our order wrong. On day 5 we found out that money was missing. We reported and management was covering for their employees. Manager stated it is hard in Mexico so if the person saw money lying around they probably took it for that reason. They started pushing down other things to make our stay better to cover for the stolen money. Our stay was going good until that happened. They didn’t do anything to solve it and they were saying upon arrival when we checked in and signed paper it stated it was mandatory to use the safe and that was a lie. I will be doing a review on tik tok, in all I won’t be booking again and I just didn’t appreciate the lies and cover up. They stole $300 dollars out of my wallet in my purse and the person had to go digging in my purse. They put a bad taste in my mouth and the day we were leaving they tried to tell us that the person that was cleaning our room said she didn’t do it and that they believe her because she’s been working there for a couple of year. So if you’re planning on book be careful of your personal stuff and be prepared for stuff to cover up and not compensate you.

Overall hotel has good amenities, most of them for pool bar options. Pool are not deeper than 4ft, room service comes in an hour for food . Some limitations in spa section and beach club but check to make sure beach is clean no weed around.

My husband and I loved our stay here! The property was stunning, clean and well kept. I was worried about not having direct beach access but the shuttle service to their own private beach club was seamless and readily available. There are lots of large pools to choose from as well. The food was outstanding, especially for an all inclusive resort. There are lots of restaurant options and surprisingly, our meal at the French restaurant was our favorite!

I had a fantastic day celebrating my 25th birthday here. The place is spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The room layout was spa like and gorgeous for pictures. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll be disappointed. The main-floor bar closes at around 11 PM, and the sports bar is usually empty. On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good.
