I looked at SO many places to stay in Tulum, and was happy to find this property. It is a small hotel with exceptional staff. We were looking for a "budget" option to stay on the beach, that still offered comfortable accommodations. This does not have all the amenities of some of the larger resorts nearby; but the room was clean, the food was good, and we were happy to have a few days near the beach.

Fresh fruit and yogurt every morning. Very good. The staff were all excellent. They went above and beyond at all times. Our room was cleaned each day perfectly. Always fresh towels and clean from top to bottom.

Excellent ocean view from my room. This is a boutique hotel with only nine rooms. It feels isolated but, it's not. The hotel has a rustic jungle decor.

The property is gorgeous! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I did not tell them that we were celebrating a birthday as we checked out on my boyfriends birthday and they were still so kind as to decorate the room the day prior to check out! We had an amazing stay at Orchid House. Staff were super accommodating and always helpful. Being the low season we were one of the few guests there and honestly I can’t understand why more people weren’t there. Despite the seaweed we had a great time, instead of the ocean we visited cenotes and the pools at the sister properties. Absolutely perfect stay!

We book this resort last minute and loved the location. We booked the top floor and had a beautiful view of the ocean we loved the rooftop plunge pool and deck overlooking the ocean.
