"Loved the property itself so much! However, the location isn’t ideal if you aren’t renting a car. Getting taxis to and from minori/maiori/Amalfi was the biggest headache ever. Also, the phone number listed through Expedia isn’t updated. We weren’t able to get into our room when we first arrived because we had no way of contacting the property to get inside. Other than that, the property itself is amazing and has the most amazing views and a very convenient restaurant downstairs! Also...

"The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in"

Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Monte Finestra during your travels in Tramonti. Wander the gardens and beaches while you're in the area.
The location of the property is one of the main features. Right in the heart of Amalfi without having to climb any of the narrow staircase alleys.
The property is also very well maintained and clean.
The only thing we didn't like about our room is that there wasn't a window facing outside. So I'd enquire about it before booking.

Whilst a bit out of town (and some narrow roads to get to it), the staff are fantastic and it is such a calming place. Great to have a slightly cooler temperature to relax in the evening. Great food as well. Even managed a superb hike from the hotel with great views over the Amalfi - stunning, and a beautiful cathedral / monastery right on the door step. Will definitely be returning soon.

We had a basic room which WAS basic but very clean (basic meaning dated) we stayed 4 days and the room cleaning service was excellent, breakfast was continental, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but okish, no SKY in the basic rooms,, ideally situated for Pompeii as its literally across the road, didn't know until we got there that entry is free every 1st Sunday of the month. The Hotel Margherita was recommended to us by a friend who visited last year and I am delighted to say that we found that his glowing report was not an exaggeration.

We stayed here at Villa Yiara for 4 nights. It is a lovely bnb with stunning views of Positano, and such a great price. We had room number 1, with a jet shower (not jacuzzi bath) and a balcony. So pretty, the room is lovely with fresh flowers and super comfy bed.
Every day reception would check with you what time you would like breakfast the following morning, usually by phone. Then they call to check you are ready! Brilliant service. We had breakfast everyday on our balcony. The room has...

We were picked up at the Airport (pre-arranged) by our transfer driver, named Pasquale. He is a credit to his company.
