The hotel was generally good, and we had a okay stay overall. However, there were a few issues that I feel are important for future guests to be aware of. Our room had no window, which made it feel quite stuffy. Even when we switched off the air conditioning, there was a ventilation system bringing air into the room. Unfortunately, particularly in the mornings, the air coming through had a very unpleasant smell, which made the room uncomfortable. The lack of a window was also inconvenient as there was nowhere to properly dry our swimming costumes or clothes after being out during the day. Another important point is the location. You will need to rely on the hotel shuttle to get to and from the property, as finding alternative transportation is not always easy. Thankfully, Luigi, who was running the shuttle service, was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and supported us really well throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the lack of a window, the ventilation smell and the reliance on the shuttle are things I would have liked to know before booking.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.
