"Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. However, was told the next morning we had to move and was left without a room for the day until after 3pm. The put up bed for my 7 year old was not in the room. Took us telling reception 3 times and it was eventually brought to the room at 8:30pm. Very outdated rooms and not as expected. Breakfast also not worth the money. Reception staff unhelpful."

"Room was very small, even for a budget hotel (being in London it wasn’t a budget price!). Be wary of there are two adults staying in the room you’ll be constantly getting in each others way when getting ready in the morning. No hand towels policy is weird to me, it’s a basic requirement to have a towel to dry your hands! Table next to bed was broken, shower was certainly budget, very bad water power. But it was clean and staff were friendly and a good location to explore the area. "

"Fantastic stay here with my partner for his birthday. We received a free upgrade due to it being his birthday and had access to the VIP area which was a lovely surprise. Great spa facilities (pool, sauna and steam room). Lovely breakfast with a great selection! Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. "

"Always get what I need at CitizenM Tower of London. Friendly staff, a comfortable bed a d THAT view. Two steps from the tube and hence from anywhere in London, I can't wait for my next excuse to stay with the team."

"After getting almost fobbed off with the wrong apartment, the one I actually booked for was great. Lovely views across the city. There was a washing machine but we didnt use it. Kitchen was good though needs containers to cook in microwave. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definately stay again if the prices were more reasonable. £270 for 1 night is extortionate. It was a last minute urgent booking by us so little choice. But I wouldn't pay that for here again. "

"Lovely room, large bathroom and comfortable bed. Pillows quite soft so could do with a second set. Onsite restaurant had good food although menu had some inconsistencies with allergens"
