"From the restaurant staff, to cleaners, to entertainment staff we were so impressed with how wonderful everyone was at this resort. The food was delicious and the resort was beautiful. Lots of fun activities at the pool. Thanks to Orlando, Bernard, Fernando and the rest of the riufun team!"

"One of the best hotel stays I have experienced. I don’t say this often but I would definitely return when visiting Mexico again. The experience was nearly perfect. Additional comments below are to help improve future experiences. The concierge’s lack the motivation to share the night life were limited. We leaned about the places we asked about after our experiences. I had a dinner and a restaurant that had nightlife starting an hour later. It was disappointing that we didn’t know there was entertainment. Mainly a concierge could’ve advised a different dinner time so we could’ve enjoyed the entertainment. The rooms were accommodating with all the amenities, but the small detail finishes were a little rough. The staff was amazing. The hotel is very lucky to have a staff they have. I’ve never experienced such a friendly staff before. They are so kind, accommodating and friendly. But it was one staff member out of the 50 we interacted with that was a bit abrasive."
