"Stayed here during a cycling break. The staff helped me store my bicycle in a storage room so didn’t need to bring into my room. Good chat with the front room. Easy access to city centre and restaurants. Right in the middle of a cycle lane that goes around the city. Definitely worth going back to this hotel 👍"

"What a great idea the Hex area is. We stayed at the hotel and went to the Wildlife park. We stayed on a premium family room facing the park. We could see bush dogs out of the window in the morning. We heard the sea lions at night, it made my sons day! Great Temple Spa products, Jammie Dodgers and Yorkshire Tea in room. (And other hot options) end of the corridor a ‘watering hole’ with two vending machines, bottle warmers and microwave, sink etc. service was incredible in both the park and hotel. There was a quiz at Wilds bar whilst we ate dinner, a lovely touch for kids. Would highly recommend. I never leave reviews and felt I had to, to let everyone know how amazing this place is. I’ve missed loads but in short, book it, you won’t be disappointed! "
