"The room was very clean but it was so hot. You could not turn the radiator down so the room was boiling. Asked a nember of staff but she didnt think it could be turned down. Asked manager for extra tea and milk, said he would bring it to our room. He never came. Food was very good in restaurant and staff were very attentive. This was our second visit. Unfortunately would not stay again."
