Checked inside water hopper was covered in stinking slime. No hot water to the sink. Terrible attitude of a couple of staff members. Breakfast was a sham. ..."

"Excellent views of the park with lots of animals to see. Hotel room was dusty, bits on floor, looking run down with paint missing. Not very big and no chair to sit on only low stool which I couldn't use due to being disabled. Lots of tea and coffee available. Breakfast was good."
