"If you're looking for a place to stay to explore Lucca, this is an excellent choice. A clean and comfortable place just a 5 minutes walk from The Wall and great price. Be sure to confirm that breakfast is included at this B&B - ours was not."

"The staff at the Una hotel Forte dei Marmi is lovely. They were always corteous and helpful. Upon checking in, I asked to change of the rooms due to the room floor and they accepted the request immediately. We had one dinner at the hotel. It's slightly pricey but worth the money. They have great wine selection and suggestions by the sommelier were great. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing too! That the Tesla supercharger is located directly within the property makes it even more helpful if...

"Hotel was well maintained. Is a family owned hotel, staff is friendly. You are not too far from the see. Swimming pool is small but comfortable. Parking lot is very convenient. Free breakfast is ok. Selection of food is right. Little concern about pricing, bit in Forte Dei Marmi you expect that already. Nothing to write home about but is a comfortable place in the end of the day."

Location of this hotel is brilliant. Hotel has a contemporary feel and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reported a few things to reception and maid (hand soap dispenser wasn't working and our keycard didn't work for a short while) but both issues were dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Excellent hotel. Best breakfast i have come across. Good selection. Did not get chance to try out SPA. However I expect to be brilliant as rest of the hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to see animals there. This hotel is family run and it truly is a credit to the family and their vision. The family were so lovely accommodating and the service cannot be faulted. The owner was great when I was being difficult, she was so polite and helpful, she truly was a blessing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were completely wowed by our dining experience here in the evening. The food was sublime. I would recommend this gem to anyone travelling...

Amazing hotel and staff. This was by far the most special hotel we stayed in during our week travelling around Tuscany. The hotel is situated just outside Lucca and is beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and a truly beautiful garden with swimming pool. But what really sets this hotel apart are the owners and the staff, who can't do enough to help and are incredibly personable. The breakfast was also lovely with a beautiful area to sit and enjoy in the garden. Would highly recommend and will...

We enjoyed our stay in Lucca over six days having taken Easy Jet to Pisa and taken the local bus from the airport to Piazzale Verdi, within the citadel, with a ten minute walk to the albergo close to it's sister premises Albergo San Martino.
Lots to see and do within the citadel which we did not leave the whole time spent in Lucca with plenty of potential to visit the surrounding area as far as Florence from the bus station in Piazzale Verdi or train station close to the south of the...

Found it Ok. They kindly let me in a little early than 5pm. Room was fine with a private bathroom across the landing. No problem for me except for the jangle of keys in the middle of the night. Shower worked fine. Bed comfortable. Breakfast suited.
