The location was just outside the famous city wall in a quiet residential area and about a 10 minute walk from the railway station pulling a small case. It was a great b&b, clean, quiet and spacious and the communication about accessing the property was excellent. The breakfast was the usual continental buffet but fresh and varied with a great coffee machine. The room was lovely with a comfy king size bed, air con and an ensuite bathroom, good shower and good towels. We had a two night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book if we ever go again.
Great location just outside walls and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very happy with my room, which had an en suite bathroom and private balcony.
Nice breakfast . Friendly staff

OK stay
Breakfast was self service and shop bought from the local Lidl
Easy check in experience and friendly staff
Be aware that bathroom is across the corridor from the bedroom
Good value, comfortable stay 12 minute walk from Lucca station and an easy walk into the city. We had a spacious, very comfortable room with aircon. Breakfast was good enough to get the day started.
The rooms are fundamentally inside a converted apartment on the third floor of an apartment block. There is an elevator.
Access was interesting. The copious photos/ details to access were only sent to us when we arrived at the gate and found that no one was available to let us in. I had been sent a WhatsApp message an hour before check in time. I used WhatsApp to phone the host who then sent me the complex entry details. - Once in, everything was fine. The host is very pleasant.
Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.)
Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included.
Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient!
And host is very friendly!!!!
This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca."
The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious.
There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again.
located just a few mins from main east gate of walls. Rooms well appointed, seperate clean modern private bathroom. Good breakfast with choice of savoury & sweet pastries on a fully self service basis. only saw staff at check in, friendly & informative, no issues for us but if want more interaction with staff not for you..Overall recommend for price

Friendly Hosts
Very friendly hosts. Lackluster breakfast selection. And unfortunately leaky and bathroom sink and broken plug. Was attempted to be fixed but the amenities should have been better quality for 3 star hotel.
My stay at B&B Cento Passi Dalle Mura was nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, communication was clear, prompt, making arrival and planning effortless. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from Lucca’s historic walls, yet in a quiet, peaceful area that allows for true rest.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches in every corner that reflect both comfort and character. Mornings were a highlight thanks to the delicious breakfasts—fresh, generous, and served with care. A perfect start to days filled with discovery.
What truly made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming owner, whose gracious hospitality made me feel immediately at home. This B&B perfectly captures the spirit of Lucca—elegant, relaxed, and deeply memorable.
I left with a full heart and already look forward to returning. Highly recommended to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a touch of Tuscan magic.
Super clean and tidy. The external bathroom is private to your room only (not shared with other guests) and is large and well equipped. There's a fabulous coffee machine in the shared kitchen that makes excellent espresso, cappincinos etc. The included breakfast has lots of options to choose from and quite good. Short walk to get into the old walled city.
Great little find. Only problem is air conditioning did not fill whole room so even though set at 16 temp was 23 so still too hot. Bathroom great and free tea and coffee at all time of day. Use of fridge in kitchen to keep drinks cool.
