After staying here last year and being very impressed was glad that this stay was just as good. Friendly staff, great location and well-maintained rooms. Cleaning was to a high standard. Would definitely stay here if in Toronto again.

Good hotel, bar not very friendly (maybe it’s business focused?) great location and gym/pool. Pity the spa was closed and were not informed when booking.

The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

This hotel is amazing! Concierge are very helpful and informative. Room 4 was very large, beautifully decorated with a balcony over looking the courtyard. Lovely bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and heated floor. Three types of scented bath salts are available for your bathing pleasure! An honour bar is available with red and white wine and a selection of spirits. Continental breakfast, including in house freshly baked croissants is left outside your door at 8am. Our apartment was on the 38th floor and offered a spectacular view of the CN Tower. The address is very close to many major attractions, only a short walk. All the facilities we needed were provided. The staff were very accommodating and flexible with our check in time.

We enjoyed our stay in the club room with the access to the lounge. The hotel is in an excellent location to access the city. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Would recommend for a stay in Toronto

Very conveniently located for all major attractions and pickups for third party excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the staff always very courteous.

From airport to reception by direct train link you are never outside , great especially in bad weather. Perfect location to see sights and only 4 minutes walk from boardwalk to get lake breeze in hot weather. Surrounded by great cafe shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very stylish hotel but with friendly and approachable staff. The room was extremely well appointed. My only gripe (this could be said of many hotels) was that rhe room was dark and the lighting could have been stronger. Great location, despite the inevitable building works opposite - no escaping that in Toronto!

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location, 5 minute walk to Yonge Street. Will return when I am back in Toronto.
